I shouldn't laugh because it could have ended up much more serious than it did.  
Aidan wanted some yoghurt and decided to help himself instead of ask me.  He could not get the lid off the yoghurt and used a fork to try and pry it off.  Instead he stabbed himself on the forehead :-)

Our notice board.  For years Logan wanted to put one up in the passage and I have always refused.  Now that we are in the new house the passage isn't so visible to guests.  I am loving it and hardly forget anything with my porridge brain!

With all the babies that have been born latey, I have been thinking of a way to label my nappies so that we don't get mixed up.  This is what I came up with.

I popped out to do some grocery shopping Monday night.  When I got home the children had made a 'fancy' place for us to eat supper under the gazebo.  (Got to love new things that keep them busy!)  We had lasagne, braaied marshmellows, strawberries dipped in chocolate.  I so enjoyed being with my family.

Last night Logan and Kyle braaied in the rain.  Well, actually they braaied under the gazebo that the previous owner of the house had left in the garage.  It took us quite a while to figure it out without instructions until we asked Logan to come help.

Aidan bunked preschool this week and we went to visit my mom and Nathaniel.  Aidan just loves his uncle.  Whenever he sees Nathaniel he says, "Wassana!!!"  No idea what it means but Nathaniel taught it to him.

Finally got to unpacking the very last box in our house.  This move happened in February.  I guess that's what happens when you move when you are pregnant.

Aidan called me from the kitchen and I found him in the dustbin.  It was garbage day and I had emptied the dustbin in the morning but hadn't disinfected it and there he was sitting so happily in the dustbin.  Yucky.

Orin has been falling asleep in all sorts of places this week.  I found him in Aidan's bed today fast asleep.

We were looking everywhere for Orin today and couldn't find him until we got to this point.  Fast asleep at the little table in the kitchen where the children eat breakfast and lunch.

This morning I woke up to 2 of my roses bushes blown over and this bit of the wall that had fallen on my lavender bush. The rain and wind was pretty strong. Just glad it was in the middle of the night and not during the day when the children were playing outside.
